These pods are designed to eliminate the need to buy different pods to get a different resistance. Sold in packs of 3 with 3 built in coil resistances straight out the box. (Device dependant)
0.4,0.7 and 1.0 Ohm so a single pod has got you covered with RDL and MTL dependant on your wattage settings and preferences.

How to Switch Resistance
- Flip the pod in the kit (remove and reinsert the other way up)
- Double press the fire button
- The screen shows the new resistance and the kit adjusts the output automatically

Deliveries made between Monday and Friday (except bank holidays) when the order was placed before our 3 PM cut-off: the courier will collect on the same day and aim to deliver within 1-2 working days. If the order was placed after 3 PM, the courier will collect it the next working day and aim to deliver the parcel between 1-2 working days. |

If your order is over £40 and placed before our 3 pm cut-off time the courier will collect on the same day and deliver aim is usually within 2-4 working days. Orders placed after 3 pm will be processed and collected on the next working day. Orders placed after Friday 3 pm will be processed and collected on Monday or the next working day (if there is a Monday bank holiday) Our warehouse does not operate on Saturday or Sunday. |

Royal Mail:
Orders placed and the order has been processed before 3 pm will usually be collected on the same day by Royal Mail with the aim for next day delivery*. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday are processed the following Monday due to our warehouse being closed Saturday and Sundays. Deliveries to some remote areas and all offshore areas of the UK are sent by Royal Mail Tracked. Please note that Royal Mail do not deliver on Sundays. Click here for Royal Mail delivery areas.
