Deliveries made between Monday and Friday (except bank holidays) when the order was placed before our 3 PM cut-off: the courier will collect on the same day and aim to deliver within 1-2 working days. If the order was placed after 3 PM, the courier will collect it the next working day and aim to deliver the parcel between 1-2 working days. |

If your order is over £40 and placed before our 3 pm cut-off time the courier will collect on the same day and deliver aim is usually within 2-4 working days. Orders placed after Friday 3 pm will be processed and collected on Monday or the next working day (if there is a Monday bank holiday) Our warehouse does not operate on Saturday or Sunday. |

Royal Mail:
Orders placed and the order has been processed before 3 pm will usually be collected on the same day by Royal Mail with the aim for next day delivery*. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday are processed the following Monday due to our warehouse being closed Saturday and Sundays. Deliveries to some remote areas and all offshore areas of the UK are sent by Royal Mail Tracked. Please note that Royal Mail do not deliver on Sundays. Click here for Royal Mail delivery areas.
