WHAT IS STOPTOBER? 

Stoptober is a government scheme that started during late 2012, the scheme was created to help raise awareness of the health effects of smoking tobacco. The campaign runs throughout the 31 days of October. It is calculated that there’s a 5 times chance that the participant quitting will most likely stop smoking altogether.

Ten years later this scheme is still running stronger than ever. It’s intended to stop people smoking and help them across England. 

Will Vaping help to quit smoking?

Vaping is considered a great method to quit smoking or help to gradually stop smoking. Vaping has become the most popular quitting aid for smoking. The vaping industry has increased rapidly over the last few years. Especially with disposable vapes. Disposables have taken over the vaping industry like a storm.
