What is Stoptober?
Stoptober is a government scheme that started during late 2012, the scheme was created to help raise awareness of the health effects of smoking tobacco. The campaign runs throughout the 31 days of October. It is calculated that there’s a 5 times chance that the participant quitting will most likely quit smoking.
Nine years later this scheme is still running stronger than ever. It’s intended to stop people smoking and help them across England.
Can you quit smoking with vaping?

The vaping industry has increased rapidly over the last few years. In 2019, studies show that around half as many Britons now vape.
